Customer Demand Communication

Initial contact: Customers propose customized requirements for MCB (miniature circuit breakers), molded case circuit breakers, AC contactors, SSRs (solid-state relays), SPDs (surge protection devices) or fuses through email, phone, online platform or direct visit to our company.
Clear requirements: Our professional sales team will communicate with customers in depth to understand their specific needs in detail, including product specifications, performance parameters, special function requirements, quantity, delivery time, etc.
Solution Design

Technical evaluation: According to customer needs, our technical team will evaluate the existing product line to determine whether the existing design needs to be modified or completely redesigned.
Solution design: Based on a full understanding of customer needs, the technical team will design a preliminary product solution and prepare detailed design drawings and technical specifications.
Solution confirmation: After the design solution is completed, we will communicate with the customer again to ensure that the solution fully meets customer expectations. If necessary, we will adjust the solution based on customer feedback.
Sample Production and Testing

Sample production: According to the final confirmed design solution, the production department will start sample production. During the sample production process, we will strictly abide by the production process to ensure the quality of the samples.
Performance testing: After the sample production is completed, we will conduct a comprehensive performance test on the sample, including electrical performance, mechanical performance, environmental adaptability, etc., to ensure that the sample meets the design requirements.
Customer Confirmation and Mass Production

Sample confirmation: We will send the qualified samples to the customer for final confirmation. If necessary, we will make necessary adjustments based on customer feedback.
Mass production: After the customer confirms that the sample is correct, we will arrange mass production according to the customer's order quantity. During the production process, we will conduct strict quality control to ensure that each batch of products meets the design requirements.
Delivery and After-Sales Service

Product delivery: After the product is produced, we will ship it according to the delivery date required by the customer. At the same time, we will provide detailed product manuals and warranty books.
After-sales service: After the product is delivered, we will provide customers with comprehensive after-sales service, including technical support, product maintenance, etc. If necessary, we will send professional technicians for on-site service.
